Person-Centred Counselling in Leeds and Online Across the UK
You don't have to carry it all on your own.
Sometimes life leaves us carrying more than we know what to do with. You might be trying to make sense of something painful that has happened, struggling with a loss, finding relationships difficult, or feeling overwhelmed by emotions you cannot quite explain.
Perhaps you have spent a long time trying to keep everything together for everyone else. Maybe you are used to saying you are fine, even when things feel very different inside. Or perhaps you know something doesn't feel right, but you are not sure where to begin.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to have all the answers before reaching out.
I'm Faith Julius, a qualified Person-Centred counsellor based in Leeds. I offer counselling in Leeds and online across the UK, providing a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life.
What is Person-Centred Counselling?
Person-Centred counselling puts you and your experiences at the heart of our work. I believe you deserve to be listened to with empathy, honesty and respect, without being judged or made to feel that your feelings are wrong.
I will not tell you what you should do or expect you to follow a particular path. Instead, I will work alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
You do not need to find the perfect words. There is room for uncertainty, difficult emotions, silence and reflection. My role is to offer a supportive space where you can begin to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply. What can counselling help with?
